witch-hazel extracts enough to make 32 fluidounces.
Dissolve the boric
acid in 16 ounces of the witch-hazei extract, macerate the quince seed in
the solution for 3 hours strain add the glycerine, carbolic acid, and
glycerite and mix well. Mix the alcohol, cologne water lavender oil, and
mucilages, and add enough witch-hazel extract to bring to the measure of 32
fluidounces.
