Prepare 1,000 parts
of finished cacao and 30 parts of fresh cacao oil, in a warmed, polished,
iron mortar, into a liquid
substance, add to it 800 parts of finely powdered
sugar, and , after a good consistency has been reached, 60 parts
of powdered
iron lactate and 60 parts of sugar syrup, finely rubbed together. Scent with
40 parts of vanilla sugar.
Of this mass weigh out tablets of 125 parts into
the molds.
